Hanbury’s Farm Primary School and Oakhill Primary School work together as a Federation, overseen by a single Governing Body. This unified approach allows us to share expertise, resources, and strategic direction, ensuring both schools benefit from strong leadership and consistent standards.

To support effective governance, our Federation has five main committees. Each committee focuses on a key area of school life, enabling governors to work closely with school leaders, monitor progress, and drive improvement across both schools. This structure helps us to provide the best possible opportunities for our pupils, staff, and wider community.
